Public 2 day Assertiveness Skills course

People are taking advantage of you. At least, that’s what it can feel like if you have trouble saying ‘no’. Nevertheless, you can learn to say ‘no’ without jeopardising relationships, if you have a good dose of self-esteem and the skills to cope with difficult situations and people.

This Assertiveness course will teach you simple techniques that will dramatically change the way you think about yourself and your influence on others. Our assertiveness training will help you deal with people who ignore and interrupt you or who treat you with disrespect.
