I thought the course was a good introduction to effective communication and makes me want to learn more about myself and other courses. The course made me question my communication skills and reflect on the things I need to work on to improve communication pathways within our business eg clarity, importance of body language, feedback can be done in a discussion

Thanks for the workshop – I have gained a little more information on what I have already learned on courses like this one. Suzanne was fantastic and engaging – she shared good stories and demonstrations

The course provided relevant and useful information which was delivered by a professional trainer that is knowledgeable on the subject. Suzanne was able to understand various personalities and how to relate to each effectively without judgement

Suzanne was very energetic, practical and fun. Glad I could share with my team

The facilitator Suzanne was really brilliant, she tailored the workshop to our needs and whilst putting a lot of humour into her workshop, she certainly facilitated a very engaging and informative session. She covered dealing with various personality types both in the workplace and external clients, and without judgement determining their needs and expectations. Also approaching someone about a difficult issue and how to phrase that concern without offending that individual. It certainly enlightened me as to the different personality types and why they behave the way they do and what the individuals expectations are. Though only 4 hours I felt as though I learnt so much more out of it in a short timeframe, the information was concise and can be put into practice within the workplace. The training provider ICML did quite a bit of information gathering prior to our attendance to this workshop, having us complete a pre course survey and our expectations of the workshop. When we went into the training they had a broad understanding of our group dynamics, organizational background, clientelle and issues that we deal with in the workplace, which I felt added value to the whole experience.
