Facilitation is integral to good management. A facilitator helps a group arrive at their objectives by managing the process and skilfully directing communication traffic.

This facilitation skills course will give you the techniques, tools and confidence to make meetings, workshops and group sessions successful. You will be able to get group members to take responsibility and keep discussions on track. As a skilful facilitator you will be in demand. Others will be asking you to manage session dynamics and achieve results!

You; if you are leading a team, are responsible for facilitating group processes, or want to develop your facilitation techniques to achieve tangible outcomes.

In this Facilitating for Managers course you will learn how to:
