Getting stakeholders to cooperate requires trust and mutual understanding and you need to strategically adapt your communication and persuasion strategies to fit your audience.
 
This course gives you the ability to form trusting relationships and to motivate and inspire. You will learn how to find common ground and negotiate effectively to achieve your goals.
