Managing Conflict Course
Conflict is normal. Everyone has different interests and agendas. In addition, common miscommunications can easily lead to tension and conflict.
This managing and resolving conflict training will help you recognise the early signs of conflict and give you tools to effectively deal with it. You will feel confident to negotiate difficult situations and turn them into positive outcomes. After completing this training, conflict will be something you manage and make the most of, not something you avoid.

In this managing conflict and conflict resolution course you will learn how to:
- rapidly identify situations and stages of conflict
- change yourself to change others
- improve positive information flow through verbal and non-verbal communication
- use effective techniques for intervention
