MEA is a National Membership organisation for Electrical Contractors and we provide education technical and business support to assist members successfully run their business. We are continually wanting to learn and improve every facet of our business but recently identified that some of our staff lacked confidence in some interactions with members. In conjunction with ICML we designed and delivered a Member Engagement session that assisted the staff identify their “pinch points”, identified ways to overcome and began us on the road to design our very own member playbook. The presenter was great. In a short time period she was able to discern our needs, work with 3 senior managers across different functional groups and designed a session that was engaging, full of team lead ideas and learnings that shared our collective strengths to combat our perceived weakness. It was a great day and achieved everything we needed.
