Coaching – one-on-one – Unlocking Unconscious Bias
We regularly conduct one-on-one training and coaching sessions with employees or managers to boost their skills and overcome specific challenges individuals may have. We will take a brief from a representative in the organisation and create a coaching plan. In many cases, we find that one session is sufficient to turnaround tough situations. In other circumstances, multiple sessions are needed to achieve the agreed objectives.
