We are able to design a program that matches your audience, objectives, budget and available time. We deliver our courses all over Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and abroad.

For many clients we combine this program with a half-day workshop on unconscious bias, as (unconscious) bias limits diversity. This combination creates a powerful one-day workshop. We often tailor the Diversity program to an audience of leaders, focusing on the leadership behaviours and actions the organisation can take to create an inclusive workplace.

 

The advantage of in-house delivery is that we can tailor the:

  • Content to suit your organisation’s needs. For some organisations we have tailored the program to improve their recruitment processes. For other clients we have worked with their leadership teams to create a diverse workplace through unconscious bias limiting strategies. Ask us how we tailor the program to your needs.
  • Delivery to reflect your procedures, values, examples and terminology. This enhances relevancy and application back to the workplace.
  • Duration to suit the availability of your team members and your budget. We have delivered short presentations on diversity awareness and we have delivered longer diversity training workshops, sometimes combining the topic with bullying and harassment training or with unlocking unconscious bias training.

Tailoring is mostly for free and always economical as costs are more based on time delivery and not per participant.
